GSR (E) _. In exercise of the powers confened by Section 90 read with sub-section (l) of section 469 ofthe Companies Act,2013 (18 of20l3), the Central Govemment hereby makes the following rules, namely :-

1.Short title and commencement.-

(1) These rules may be called the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules,20l8.

(2)They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official GazeIte
